Many new shapes and sizes can appear each time, as I continue to evolve my work.

I recently obtained a new colour, waterfall. Its a lovely deep blue with black ad pale blue bursting crystals. It works well with some of the other blues I have, and also with some of the terracotta and browns, making perfect accessories for the cooler Aussie winter days.

These love heart pendants have melted glass accents in the centre - a combination of glass seed beads and tiny fragments of coloured glass. It is the same technique used in my dragonfly pendants. Its tricky, and impossible to recreate exactly, but makes for a great effect.

The fat dragongfly beads here are a new design too. Not quite sure how to use them yet, and they have not been listed on the beads page, but I'm sure inspiration will strike sooner or later.......

In amongst this collection of plain and textured beads are some marble effect beads I have been experimenting with. They combine buff earthenware, white earthenware and terracotta clay, giving a kind of natural stone or agate effect.

These are pretty much the most complex little sculptured beads I have made to date. They evolved from the faces in the selection below from 20 Feb, and I've used similar beads in my Rose Goddess necklace.

The little guys are modelled on the famous Aussie Gumnut Babies, and I'm planning a range of different seasons and elements based around the same style......watch this space!

Playing around with some different textures and shapes here, with a real spring feel to the colour combination. There are a mixture of beads and charms - spot the freaky aliens....
