ANTIQUE CRACKLE EFFECT SPIRALS FB002

Large bead with embossed/stamped design, decorated with a spiral stamped design. After firing it was covered iwth a brown underglaze which was sanded back to reveal the pattern and then covered with a clear gloss glaze and fired again. Finally it was soaked in coffee to give the antique crackle effect.

This flattened oval bead bead is 30mmx26mm and is 8mm thick. The hole is large enough for a 2mm cord.
