The piece shown right, also from Lin of Lyrebirdesigns, features a black and white Peruzi focal, complemented by some very funky textured chain and links.

It was created for a Jewellery challenge entitled "Secret Society", and the piece itself is called "The Secret".

This piece is called Brasserie, and is created by Lin of Lyrebirdesigns.

"These fab beads spoke to me all afternoon while I fussed over them. The end result was 'Brasserie', I used lavastone, mookaite, moonstones, smoky quartz, a carnelian window, lots of brass, and Natalies gorgeous beehive beads. I love it, it came out really well." - Lin

More of Lin's work can be seen on her flickr site or on Etsy.

Another of Lin's beautiful creations, Celadon Willow, is shown here, featuring a cabochon of mine, seedies, Karen Hill leaves and some gorgeous Czech crystals.

Beading around cabochons is a new string to Lin's bow - and she's creating some beautiful pieces indeed.
